Our Team

Our Mission

Education Centre for the Community (ECC ) is a free school for children aged 4 to 17 years old, located in Po village, Siem Reap, Cambodia. Established in 2014 by Savuth and Savon, ECC is driven by the belief that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. Our mission is to provide free education to children in one of the poorest areas of Cambodia.

ECC is a 100% volunteer run project without any government or outside funding. Led by an experienced team, ECC offers before and after school lessons, as well as volunteers who support local elementary schools.

Our Focus

Our focus is on providing quality education to children who would otherwise not have access to it. We believe that by investing in their education, we can help these children build a brighter future for themselves and their communities. At ECC, we understand the transformative power of education.

Through our formal and empathetic approach, ECC actively engages in fundraising and seeks sponsorship opportunities to sustain our operations and expand our impact. We are proud of our achievements in creating a supportive learning environment that nurtures the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students.

"Join us in our mission to provide free education to children in need. Together, we can make a difference and empower these young minds for a better tomorrow. "
